Meet Our Building Inspectors
Norm has hands-on experience in all phases of residential construction. Formerly a general contractor, he has more than 40 years of experience in the construction field. A building inspector since 1990, he has completed more than 10,000 home inspections.
Norm is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector (#242) and has taught classes for the Washington Community Housing Network. When he started, he was amazed people were not checking the condition of the biggest purchase of their lives. Now, he enjoys explaining his findings in plain English. Norm enjoys giving presentations to brokers at their facilities and answering any questions.
Kyle has worked as a home inspector since 2013. Before then, he was licensed as a Seattle Rental Inspector. After years of advising his friends and family by looking over their homes, Kyle’s wife suggested he get his home inspector license and do it professionally.
He is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector (#1339) who is certified to inspect construction and components. Kyle is a member of InterNACHI and is a Certified Professional Inspector. Customers appreciate his kindness and customer service skills. He loves being there for his customers and does his best to educate them.

Denise’s previous experience was as a coordinator and support person for a large international company. She was responsible for scheduling service personnel throughout the country. This involved a great deal of planning including travel arrangements, scheduling and re-scheduling of personnel to accommodate large customer requirements.
